So, as we all know I am not a fan on Walm*rt and avoid bringing them my business if at all possible. At the same time however, I am not a fool and if I can get something cheaper there (like dollars less) and without driving 20 miles out of my way (with these gas prices who wouldn't factor that in right?) I will. I will set foot into Wally-World to have the nice older person smile and say good-day! 9 times out of 10 its more hassle that its worth..... and while engaged in this annoying situation I find myself with a disgusted look on my face and mumbling to myself why have I done this a freakin'gin?!?!?!?
So my mother being the best mom a girl could want, bought me something there. Thanks mom, I certainly appreciate the thought but I dont need a 7.00 t-shirt (even if it was a bargain). Now, I could have done one of two things, put it in the back of my closet until it was time to make my annual donation to the Salvation Army or return it and get the 7.00. On this particular day I decided to return the shirt and figured I would get a 7.00 credit. As a stand in line at the courtesy counter (what an oxymoron of sorts- are they ever courteous?) and wait, and wait, and wait..... i start to wonder how important was the 7.00 to me in comparasion to the 15 minutes of my life I have lost by waiting! UGH!
What was the hold up...? Well it appears that Walm*rt is also a bank... Do people seriously not have a bank account and need to use Walm*rt to cash checks? The cashier or in this case the teller, couldnt exactly count the right number of 20's she need to get to 2K and was screwing it up.... She was flipping the twenties around so fast and every which way, I am certain the people got more than their 2K. Which I assume will suck for her come the end of her shift.... Literally after 10 minutes I felt like shouting, you need 100 20.00 bills!!! UGH! And still seriously, all this for 7 bucks? why?
So Mr. Walt*n, you've done it again.... I yet again left your store in utter disgust. Why do you hire under qualified people to work registers and counters that dont speak english and dont understand how to use a cash register/calculater is beyond me! Not to mention the store is a disaster!!! Or that the security buzzer went off as a women and her 2.5 kiddies left the store and nobody even took notice. good grief!
